What You'll Do:

- Use BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit) to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage multiple projects, milestones, and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Mentor and delegate to support team growth
- Balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
- Embrace continuous learning and professional development
- Minimum 7–15 years of experience in HVAC system design
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or proven equivalent experience)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented
